Environmental Impact Assessment – Documentation

Preparation of documentation according to Annex No. 4 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., on Environmental Impact Assessment, for the project of landscaping in a subsided and partially reclaimed area in Karviná-Doly. The project site is a so-called brownfield, i.e. an area that was used in the past (mainly for housing) and was gradually almost completely abandoned due to significant land subsidence caused by deep coal mining. The total area of the site of interest is 85 ha. As part of the landscaping of the area, several remaining buildings will be demolished, non-functional technical equipment networks will be dismantled, and the current rugged terrain surface will be leveled so that the site can be used again. The construction includes the completion of transport and technical infrastructure, including a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and retention basins.e
